Research Alliance for Data Governance and Cyber Security.
The research alliance is coordinated by Yanqing Hong, Peking University Internet Development Research Center. The mission statement of the Research Alliance is:
The Research Alliance for Data Governance and Cyber Security is a platform for experts to discuss, formulate and propose policy solutions to common challenges in data governance and cyber security faced by Asia, the European Union, the United States and other areas of the World. Through cross-jurisdictional research collaboration and policy exploration, DGCS-Alliance aims to produce technical solutions to common challenges that are underpinned by broad consensus among stakeholders, with the purpose of facilitating the sustainable, ethical and equitable development of global digital economy.
The website will be populated with comments and case commentaries in English and Chinese.
