A. Mittal

Anushka is a PhD researcher looking into the issues related to governance of access to Quantum Computing as part of the Quantum Research Group at Institute for Information Law, University of Amsterdam. She will employ frameworks of law, political economy and sociology to understand the broader questions of access, equity and consolidation in the field of computing. She is a lawyer trained in India and has worked in different organizations as a lawyer, a researcher and a lecturer. Before joining IViR, she pursued an interdisciplinary degree at the Oxford Internet Institute in the Social Sciences of the Internet, as a Felix Scholar. She pursued an integrated degree in law from Gujarat National Law University, India.
