P. Keller
Paul Keller (1974) is a research fellow at the Institute for Information Law where he does research into the policy advocacy strategies of open movement organisations. Paul is also the president of the COMMUNIA association for the Public Domain, chair of steering committee of rightsstatements.org, a strategic advisor to the Europeana foundation and a member of the advisory council for the Glushko & Samuelson Information Law and Policy Lab. Prior to joining IvIR, Paul was director of Kennisland, an Amsterdam based think-tank focussing on social innovation in the knowledge economy. Paul is one of the founders of Creative Commons Netherlands where he served as public project lead from 2007 to 2018 and a former board member of Creative Commons International.
